A senior real estate executive with more than 20 years of experience in Georgia’s development sector. Shorena played a key role in the growth of leading residential brands including Axis, m², and White Square. She has held C-level roles overseeing marketing, sales, and strategic communications for major developers. As CEO of White Square, she led the delivery of 12 large-scale projects totaling more than 1 million square meters of built area. Her earlier career includes roles in banking and advertising, providing additional financial and strategic depth to her leadership profile.

A real estate and banking professional with more than 25 years of experience in Georgia’s primary property market. Givi has held senior positions at leading real estate development companies and commercial banks. He is also the owner of DS – Development Services Limited, a specialized advisory firm providing outsourced marketing and sales services to real estate developers across Georgia.
